How DOES IT WORK BASICALLY
- Purchase Your Package:
- Choose your package (Bronze, Iron, or Gold) and purchase based on the total length of your raw footage.
- While purchasing it, make sure to write the exact amount of money. Use the calculator above.
- Fill Out the Form:
- After purchase, you’ll fill out a form with your footage links (Twitch, YouTube, Cloud) and instructions (desired length, style, brand assets, etc.).
- Review the First Draft:
- Within 14 days, I will send you a 720p, “Preview” version for your review.
- Preview video will be delivered with a viewable Google Drive link.
- Give Feedback:
- Bronze & Iron: You give one round of clear, time-stamped feedback. I’ll make the changes and deliver the final files.
- Gold: You give feedback, I send a second preview. You give a final round of feedback, and then I deliver the final files.
- Please note: Depending on the revisions, it may take a few more days to deliver the final video.
- Final Delivery:
- After all revisions, I’ll send a downloadable Google Drive link with your final high-quality video, shorts, and thumbnails.
- Main Video: You decide the final resolution and framerate. The video codec will be HEVC (H.265).
- Shorts: All shorts will be in 9:16 1080p resolution.
- Thumbnails: 1920×1080 below 2MB png.
- No Revisions for Extras: There are no revisions for the included shorts and thumbnails (unless I made a clear mistake, like a typo).
- Download: All final videos and thumbnails will be delivered with a downloadable Google Drive link.
Everything Else You Need to Know (FAQ)
Footage
Q: What file formats do you accept for footage?
A: H264/HEVC/AV1/RAW encoded videos in MP4/MOV/MKV containers.
Q: Do you accept multi-layered videos and audio tracks?
A: Yes.
Q: What if my footage is low quality?
A: I don’t offer upscaling so no, your edited video’s quality will not be higher than the footage. Same goes for the resolution and framerate. If your footage is in 30fps, you will get a 30fps video. Unless specified, I’ll render your video in the max resolution, so when you are uploading to YouTube, even if your footage is lets say 720p, thanks to being uploaded in higher resolution means it will be in higher quality.
Q: How secure is my footage during the process?
A: I will not share it with anyone else. After I finish with editing and deliver everything, I will delete all of your assets. A month later I will remove your video from my Google Drive.
Editing
Q: What software do you use?
A: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, GIMP, Photopea.
Q: How do you track project progress updates?
A: Through Buy Me A Coffee messages. I will send a message when I start. You don’t need to constantly check-in as I will message back when I’m done.
Q: Do you handle color grading or correction?
A: Yes, I can improve your footage by adjusting the colors, contrast and more.
Q: Is it just gaming content?
A: That’s my main focus, but I can work on other types of content as well.
Q: How do you ensure the edit matches my branding?
A: Share me your color palete, fonts, assets and some examples so I can incorporate them.
Q: Can you make subtitles?
A: I add subtitles to the videos If I find it necessary in some clips. For shorts I always make subtitles. If you wish your video to be shorter (less than 10 minutes) I can add on screen subtitles.
Q: Do you provide stock music or assets?
A: Yes I use copyright free music, sound effect and more.
Q: Do you use AI?
A: I don’t use any generative AI. Only sort of AI things I use are speech to text for drafting subtitles, noise reduction, background removal, and vocal separation.
Q: How do I make revisions?
A: You can ask revisions as many as your Export package allows. You can ask stuff like color grading, audio levels, sound effects, music, correcting text/subtitles, cutting clips. I may refuse things that would require me to “re-edit“ the whole thing.
Q: Can I request specific music genres or moods for edits?
A: Yes.
Shorts
Q: Is there any revisions for the shorts?
A: No revisions unless I made a mistake like a typo or a glitch.
Thumbnails

Payment
Q: How does the pricing stay affordable?
A: 1) You get less revisions. 2) I get more time (14 days). 3) I don’t use expensive editing software. 4) Less fees on Buy Me A Coffee. 5) Consider shorts and thumbnails as extras (no revisions for them.
Q: Can I rush order?
A: No.
Q: Why are you using Buy Me A Coffee?
A: It has low fees that allow me to have cheaper prices. Not only that you don’t pay any extra for the fees and I cover them for you. Also it’s one of the few websites that support Türkiye for payments.
Q: Can I work with you regularly with a discount?
A: Definitely! If we’ve already worked together a couple of times, I can offer discounts for a steady workflow, like editing one of your streams on a weekly basis.
Q: Do you allow any other payment methods?
A: I currently only offer Buy Me A Coffee, but I may also take crypto as payment (only real ones like bitcoin or usdt).

Q: How are files delivered?

Q: Can you upload the videos for me?
A: On YouTube you can invite me to your channel as an “Editor” so that I can upload the video for you. After it’s uploaded you can remove my permissions.
Q: What happens if I need changes after delivery?
A: If it’s something I messed up like poor audio mixing, a typo or a glitch, I will fix it and send it to you again.
Q: How are the videos encoded?
A: Preview video will be in 720p30 3Mbps HEVC. Export video’s resolution and bitrate depends on the package you bought. It will be also encoded with HEVC.
REFUNDS
Q: I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
A: In the first 48 hours if you change your mind, you can ask for a refund.
Q: I didn’t like the Preview video, can I get a refund?
A: No refunds after first 48 hours.. You can give feedback on how I can make the video better.
Q: What happens if it takes longer than 14 days?
A: If it takes longer than 14 days for me to edit the preview video you are allowed to ask for a refund. If you chose to not refund I’ll give you a %50 off coupon for your later orders.
Q: I’m not happy with the video, can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final, and I do not issue refunds for creative or subjective dissatisfaction.
I will always try to over-deliver and do my best to make a great video for you and gain your trust. However, I strongly encourage you to review my portfolio thoroughly before commissioning me so you know exactly what style and quality to expect.
